Yes. All our games are in both Norwegian and English. Please let us know in advance at lillehammer@perfectescape.no if you have anyone in your group who does not speak Norwegian or English, and we will take that into account and adapt the game as best we can.
No, everyone can participate, but children under 7 years will not be able to contribute with so much other than curiosity and enthusiasm. Children under 12 years must have an adult with them.
You can pay by card or cash when you are with us. Corporate customers and other large groups can pay by invoice by prior arrangement. If you are lucky enough to have a gift card, you can redeem this at the same time as you book here online, or bring it to the checkout.
We accommodate up to 6 people per room. The most important thing for us is to know how many rooms you need. We recommend filling the rooms for the best gaming experience possible. You can always update the number of participants up to two hours before the game starts. Please contact lillehammer@perfectescape.no if you are unsure.
If you arrive too late for your appointment, the playing time can be reduced accordingly. This is so that their delays do not affect other groups. If you tell us as soon as possible, we will do our best to re-organize, but cannot guarantee anything.
Perfect Escape Box is a lobby game that can be performed by wheelchair users and most others with mobility disabilities. We want our games to be accessible to as many people as possible, but our department is not universally designed. Yet, most things can still be solved by laying out ramps where needed and some extra cooperation here and there. Contact lillehammer@perfectescape.no and tell us about your challenges and we will arrange as best we can.
Yes, we are happy to open to larger groups that will be outside our regular opening hours. The groups must be a minimum of 12 people, and we put on an additional fee of 50, - per person to cover extra staffing and other things that will be added. For bookings outside opening hours, it is advisable to contact lillehammer@perfectescape.no.
Yes, you can bouy gift cards at nettsiden, via Facebook (perfectescapelillehammer) or contact us on at lillehammer@perfectescape.no. You decide the sum of the gift card yourself.
Yes, we are happy to create package solutions for larger groups who want to visit us. We can accommodate groups of 24 people to the Escape Room and 30 to the Escape Box. If you choose to combine the games, we can accommodate a total of 50 people at the same time. In our lobby we can have up to 30 people and we are happy to order food and drinks from one of our neighbors. Yes, you have the room for yourself. We can have up to 6 people in each of our rooms, but even if you book for fewer than this, no other guests will be allowed in this room. Therefore, we have set a minimum price of NOK 700, - per room.
If you wear reading glasses, you may want to bring them with you. Otherwise, you just need plain clothes, good courage, a willingness to collaborate, creative thinking and a good team that will help you solve exciting tasks with.
We sell soft drinks, and sometimes vi serve coffee for free. Please contact lillehammer@perfectescape.no if you want to order a package solution where food and drinks are delivered to us, or you want to go on to Hvelvet restaurant for a delicious dinner there - and get everything on one invoice.
